Refunds & Returns Policy

At Brilliant Belle, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, and we proudly offer guarantees to ensure you receive your items on time and as described. Order Cancellation

  • All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours at sales@brilliant-belle.com.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. That’s why we offer the following guarantees:

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days, not including 2-5 business days processing).
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described or is defective.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase due to buyer’s remorse.

Easy Returns

All our products are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee for valid reasons such as defects or incorrect items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Please contact us first at sales@brilliant-belle.com and we will guide you through the steps.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to sales@brilliant-belle.com with your order details.
  2. Receive Authorization: Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo or video of the item. We will prioritize sending a replacement item at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund.

Exchange Policy

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. The new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.
  • We do, however, encourage you to review the detailed measurements and descriptions provided in the image gallery before making a purchase. Please note that some items may appear larger than they are in the photo. We specialize in quality fine, dainty jewelry, known for its feminine elegance – real belle. What you see is what you will get :-)!
